Fundraising Notes

FUN-draising Opportunity
We need 20 or more individuals (must be 18 or older) to come and play Bingo at the Little Canada Bingo Hall. In exchange we will get 50% of the proceeds from that night’s business. Be sure to mention that you are with the (INSERT GROUP NAME HERE) when you purchase your packages.

Here are some details/notes about the event:

TIME
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and Bingo is played from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.
It is important that you arrive early enough to buy your packages, find a seat, ask questions, and settle in. It is strongly recommended that you arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. We will do our best in securing seats, so our group is together so it’s important that you respond to this event and let us know how many are coming.  We suggest having some experienced players that can help any rookie players. The staff is very helpful as well.

COST
The special this night is all you can play for $45 (a $170 value). This will include a fully loaded machine with every single game (except for the last chance coverall) and as many “paper” packs you want to play. Note: for people who have never played just ask for two paper packs or none if you don’t want to play paper.
If you don’t want to play the machine, you can play just paper. Each pack sells for $5 and one set of all the optional games (higher payouts) will cost another $7. You would also need to purchase a dauber which is $1.50 or $2.
After the Bingo session ends, they do play a “Last Chance” cover all game. Sheets are $2 and you can buy as many as you like. The winner receives 75% of the total games sold. This game is not part of the All You Can Play for $45 special, but you can add the game to your machine for $2 each sheet.
Reminder: This is a fundraiser for the (INSERT GROUP NAME HERE), and we receive 50% of whatever they sell that evening.  This includes all Pulltab sales too!

TIPS ABOUT PLAYING
Please remember to be respectful and quiet while the game is going on so all players can hear and concentrate and silence cell phones.
You will need to yell Bingo LOUD so be prepared or sit next to someone who has a loud voice and not afraid to yell for you.
It is custom to tip Bingo Hall workers/callers if you win. Tips range from $1 up to 10% of your winnings – whatever you are comfortable with.

Most importantly Have Fun and Please Share this with all your friends. The more players we get, the more money we can raise!!
